By using this board you accept the following. The board is operated by Lotan Sosner in GERMANY.

What a push buys

A push adds $1 to an entry total on a public board. That is the entire product. There is no prize, payout, reward or return of any kind for any position. This is not a competition with winnings, not a lottery, not a wager, and not an investment.

Payments are final

Pushes are non-refundable. The service is delivered immediately when the total updates, and positions change constantly as other people push, so a position is never guaranteed to last.

Card payments are processed by Stripe, and Stripe terms apply to the transaction itself. The operator named above is the seller of record.

Content

You are responsible for anything you add. Do not add content that is illegal, abusive, impersonates someone, or targets a private individual. Entries that break this, or duplicates, may be removed without refund of pushes already made to them.

Availability

The board is provided as is, with no guarantee of uptime, and may be changed or discontinued. Where the law allows, liability is limited to the amount you pushed in the previous 12 months.
